- Rare factory HD Screamin’ Eagle performance exhaust and tune keeps the factory lines of the original exhaust while adding power and sound. Fact: VRSCSE2 models did *not* come stock with the factory-optional Screamin’ Eagle performance exhaust system. The billet muffler clamps and polished muffler end-caps come installed as you see in the photos.
- 5 gallon fuel tank installed. Tank made by Ricks Motorcycles out of Baden Baden Germany.
- New Michelin Commander II front tire. Rear tire at ~70%
- New HD battery recently installed.
- New throttle and idle cables installed, minor fraying was found at the grip-end of one cable so both were replaced as a precaution.
- Factory HD Sundowner seat installed (original snakeskin seat included in sale)
- Factory HD paging alarm system installed
- Factory HD chrome rear passenger baseplate is installed (p/n 51098-06). Very rare part!
- Factory HD Chrome Luggage Rack and padded mini backrest with screamin' eagle emblem, both of which mount to the rear baseplate, are included (these accessories are not shown in the video or photos).
- All of the controls are brand new, including: Knurled grips, shifter peg, brake pedal insert and footpeg inserts (x4). All are brand new and have only a couple hundred miles of use. Previous owner had black rubber HD parts installed and I spent considerable time and money tracking down the no-longer-available factory knurled chrome replacements to return these premium stock parts back on this bike.
- 2 factory keys and 2 alarm fobs included
- Gold CVO key in fancy box included
- HD CVO motorcycle cover is included
- Owner’s manual + factory workshop manual + VRSCSE2 Supplement + VRSCSE2 Parts catalog all included
- Meticulous owner, only ridden on weekends and in nice weather. If it's too hot, too windy or there are any remote signs of rain it stays in the garage.
- Always garaged out of the elements and out of direct sunlight
- Never washed with water, cleaned only with microfiber towels and spray polish.
- Wheels are wiped free of brake dust with cleaner after every ride.
- All painted surfaces waxed regularly. Chin spoiler/radiator lower is protected by clear vinyl overlay.
- All chrome or polished surfaces cleaned regularly. No peeling chrome.
- Quick connect battery tender pigtail installed at the battery terminals and tucked thoughtfully out of sight under the airbox cover.
- Always plugged in to Battery Tender.
- Bike is stock, except for the aforementioned mods.

Current Mileage: 14,900
- 14,143 miles – replaced front tire with new Michelin Commander 2
- 14,127 miles – replaced battery with new, factory sealed HD battery ($130).
- 14,038 miles – replaced and adjusted both throttle and idle cables with polished stainless from Magnum Shielding to match NLA factory HD cables. These cables are fantastic. Replaced rear airbox breather hose and throttle body gasket with new factory HD parts.
- 13,975 miles – Bled front brakes, Bled Clutch, adjusted front headlight alignment per manual specifications.
- 13,923 miles – Fluids changed - engine oil + oil filter, bled rear brake. Checked and cleaned air filter. Checked spark plugs. Checked brake pads. Adjusted throttle cables, checked drive belt tension, etc.
I have owned this bike for several years and planned to keep it forever. But with 2 small children, I am finding I have less and less riding time and I can no longer justify keeping it when it only gets used 50 miles/month.
With the expensive, useful and desirable modifications + the factory add-ons the MSRP on this bike was in excess of $30,000 out the door new in 2006. I want $12,499. Locals are welcome to drop by and check it out in person. I will work with non-locals on an as-needed basis depending on their unique requirements e.g. I am willing to ship the motorcycle, but it will be fully at the buyer's expense. I am happy to bring the bike in to San Jose Harley Davidson for a pre-purchase inspection at the buyer's expense.
No lowballs please. This is not a fire sale and I am happy to hold onto the bike and let it appreciate rather than let it go cheap. It took me 2 years to find the right one.
