rear peg relocator

Has anybody used the Altered State rear peg relocation kit with the Cycle Visions rear bags? Any clearance issues? I currently have the Cycle Visions rear pegs, but my g/f is too short. Her feet reach the pegs but her calfs dig into the front of the bag lidss, long rides are out of the question atm :/ I think I'm going to give these a try before having something custom made but would like to know before ordering if there is no way it will clear.
