Help with my budget 240 install

Hi guys.. Im in need of help. I'm doing a budget 240 conversion and unfortunately my 04B has a custom rear wheels and my spacers are not the 04 stock. Does any body know the exact length of the the spacers A and B from Hoffa's schematic drawing? A is the one before the pulley drive and B is the one after the pulley drive. I'm really getting excited with this project but I'm stuck with the spacers problem. Any help would be really appreciated.

Also does the rear drive pulley sit really flush on the compensator bowl? Mine won't sit flush maybe because the B spacer is a little long.
