No headlight or tail light?

I'm having a issue where both my headlight and taillight is out.
I noticed my headlight was dimming awhile back. It would go out and come back on again. Now it's out completely, and so is the taillight.
The brights work fine, and brake light, running lights and turns work as well.

Both bulbs look good as well.

Any Ideas??
