Trask turbo... Huge loss of HP with new tune

Added a Trask turbo to my 07 1130DX early this year, only mod I did was EnergyCoils and Destroyer injectors. Had it tuned by a great shop in MD that knows VRods and boost. Hit 158rwhp/118tq with a 300 tire. (Tuned with a PowerVision) I only rode it a handful of times in MD but ran like a bat outta hell.

Stationed in CA now, bike pulled hard but had a slight miss in the higher RPM's. Went to a well known shop here in Lancaster CA and the guy tunes boosted bikes all the time. Has a 300+HP GSXR. He put it on the Dyno and said as soon as the bike went into boost it got lean (don't know AFR's #'s on what he meant by "lean") They recommended I put a PC5 and MAP sensor on it to adjust fuel for boost. 3 hours of tuning only hit 100rwhp/80tq

Could this be a tuner issue/unfamiliar with VRods/EnergyCoil tuning? They told me to ride the bike and get back with them. Bike is still fast... But not the rocket it was. Maybe have 2-300 miles on this set up

I'm pulling my plugs tomorrow and wanted to ask what you guys recommend I look for/check. I'm honestly scared I ****ed something up although I'll be honest I haven't beat on the bike one bit.
