New SS Bolt Kit - Where are the "Injector Tab" bolts?

I bought the VROD kit from alloyboltz.com. Pretty nifty kit, but there is one bag that is labeled: "Coolant Drains, Injector Tab, Intake Vacuum"

I have no idea where the injector tab bolts go. They are the same size as the front head coolant drain bolt and have washers as well.

I just assembled the motor and I don't see anything that really matches up. Maybe my year just doesn't use it (2011).

Ideas?
