[help] Power Vision Stuck on loading Screen

Ive been using Power vision On my V-rod 2015 since I bought the bike and tunned it with a good map, before few weeks I noticed that my Power vision is stuck on the loading screen which shows (Dyno jet) logo on the screen only and doesn't load the main menu, ive tried the restore thingy with dynojet and still no use I got email that I have to ship my power vision so they car figure it out, but I live in middle east so it will cost me too much fees to ship it, am willing to know if anyone has ever faced the problem and fixed it can help me.
