Where does it go ??

Does anyone knows what is that and where does that thing go?
I have a 2014 VRSCF that I'm putting together and there is just no plug that fits this




Same thing with that thing, only one plug has a match ( the black one ) , and for the gray one I cant find nothing :



And my last question is about that wire, I figured that its probably a wire for easier ac charge, but does any one know what company makes this or where can I buy converting plugs that will fit an iphone charger , navi or whatever.
