Any issues with initial tuning with akro exhaust?

The dtt manual has a whole section on "open" or "drag" exhausts...basically any one that you can stick a brook handle through the muffler. It says that it may have issues tuning due to reverberation. Kind of worried me.

Any issues? Akro with topless airbox. Pretty simple.
