Exhaust and Tuner

Hi guys,
This is Ray. I'm new here. I got a 2015 Vrod Muscle VRSCF. Great bike but quiet :) I don't want it to be too loud but loud enough for me to enjoy. From what I've read VH is too loud and I think I like the way the TAB Slip ons sound. Not too loud and definitely not quiet :)

My question is if I get the TAB Performance slip ons, do I need the auto tuner too since its a brand new bike? (2015 only 1000miles)

They also sell it as a kit (stage kit 1) which includes the slip ons, auto tuner and the air filter. What do you think?

I'm thinking of installing them myself. Slip-ons look very easy to install but that tuner looks complicated :)

So what do you think? Will I be ok with just the slip-ons or do I need the tuner too?
