2006 VRSCR rear brake engages very low.

Hello Team:

Newly acquired 2006 Streetrod.

I am very used to always use both brakes and after taking delivery of the bike and leaving the dealership I notice that the rear brake engages after pushing the lever all the way down.

Any ideas what to look for?
