Help with small radiator leak

Hi, hope someone can help with advice as do not want to have to buy new radiator!
Small leak where this stones have hit my 2008 Night Rod Special radiator.
Is it safe to use a radiator sealant or is there some other solution other than a new radiator?

Here in the England in the cold and frost waiting for warmer weather.
