12F Wiring troubles with the cluster

So my gauge cluster on my 12 F partially quit working. The tach, speedo, and fuel gauge froze. The odometer quit working as well. The blinker, neutral, and high beam indicators still light up and work. I plugged my gauge into my buds Vrod and everything worked just fine. This suggests there is a problem with my wiring harness or maybe a connector on the bike. I checked all the fuses and gave a thorough inspection of the wiring harness and didn't see anywhere there might be a harsh bend, break, or short. The only possible issue that I found was in the fuse cluster under the rear seat. In the slot for the P&A IGN, it says 2A max. There was a 15 in it like the ones in the picture. I pulled it out and you can see right through the left side of the slot for the fuse. I'm super stumped and electrical isn't my specialty. So any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
