I know I'm going to catch flak for this, but I use the mothers clay bar and car detailer on my cars for a couple of years now. I thought it would work on the bike and was planning to do the entire bike...

Granted this is basically an 8 year old bike, what can I do to get back to its original luster? Or is it something I will have to get repainted? :banghead:
Either way, I always wanted a Denim (matte black) Night Rod Special. The only thing now is, its smooth as hell, but has that ghost shine you can see under the lights. *sigh* FML :(
