[need help] i cant fix erro code P1004 and B0563 / P0563 / P1006 / P1007

i use PCV and my bike vrscdx

i got code P1004 and B0563 / P0563 / P1006 / P1007
after change battery

- B0563 / P0563 / P1006 / P1007
its show after i ride

- P1004
its show after ignition on

when i push ignition on ,
Check engine come with 2 times
and all code already clear historic code but still come again
now i change new battery because ,last battery i buy its suck.

now my bike stiill show code again.

today i try to pull PCV and use STOCK ECM
CODE not show again.

i want to know my PCV is gone or i should fix something.

: System Relay Contacts Closed EFI

this code not show when i remove PCV.



- and B0563 / P0563 / P1006 / P1007

last time i try to ride, Light at my gauge is shutdown but i can still ride then 1min. - 2min light system comeback like is restart because it come with check engine light.
and i check voltage regulator with volt meter is show 13.xx ( 1250 - 3000rpm ) when start.
