2006 Forward Controls

Hi guys! Fairly new to the world that is VRSCD. I was looking to move my mid controls over to the highway position. I have been searching the forums for clear cut instructions and parts as to making the transition.

Any help as to what/where/how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
