Original Disc Wheel maintenence

New to the forum, was recently in a little accident on my 03 VRSCA, and rebuilding it but this time around with a lot of customization! I love a lot of the original look with the disc wheels, etc., and my wheels have some light pitting on them. What does anyone recommend to try to refurbish them? Dealer recommended polishing them and clear coating, but I don't think I want them to be polished, I like the original matte look.

Also trying to order several new old stock parts, any pointers on this?
