Looking to get "grippier" foot pegs then the stock mini pegs on my 15 NRS. Really like the simple Arlen Ness pegs, but wondering if anyone else has used them or has comment on couple things.
1) stock pegs are 4.5" long (including the male connection) and have feelers on bottom. The AN pegs I'm looking at are 5.5" long with no feelers. I like that they are a little bigger because the stock pegs are really small and are pretty slippery in the rain. Wondering about experiences with longer pegs. Prob reduce lean angle and without feelers, I'll be digging my fancy black anodized pegs into the asphalt. Scrapped both sides on recent rides into the mtns her in CO and not to thrilled to do the same to new pegs.
2) adding an inch in length, but loosing the feelers...does that equal the same lean angle?
Anyway, thanks for any comments.
These are 2 pegs I'm looking at:

Also, I think the reduced reach peg mounts are stock on my bike.
