Amsoil Oil Change / Engine Flush

Hi all

I recently purchased a 2008 VRSCAW. Has 14,500 kms on it.

It had not been ridden much (or serviced) for about 3 years.

I took it to the mechanic and asked him to flush the engine prior to adding Amsoil but he said there's really no need as the V Rod engines get so hot all the sludge crap drains out.

I've ridden 500kms since the oil change and I've already noticed the oil is dirty. I previously owned 2 2006 VRSCSE2's and the Amsoil oil would stay crystal clear.

Can anyone recommend the Amsoil Engine and Transmission Flush? I'm thinking of doing another oil change, but giving the engine a good flush this time around.
